Frozen at the peak of the Egyptian harvest
Egypt is the world’s largest exporter of frozen strawberries. We freeze fruit from the Egyptian harvest on our own processing lines, a few hours after picking, so colour, flavour and shape stay consistent.
Choose the format for your application: whole IQF for retail and smoothies, diced or sliced for dairy, bakery and fruit preparations. Colour, size consistency and performance after thawing are written into the approved specification.

Are frozen strawberries available all year?
Yes. Fruit is frozen during the Egyptian harvest (December to May) and shipped year-round from stock.
What is the difference between IQF and block-frozen?
IQF (individually quick frozen) berries stay separate and free-flowing, ideal for retail and portioning. Block or bulk-frozen fruit is used by processors.
Which cuts do you offer?
Whole, halves, diced and sliced, depending on your application.
