Quality & traceability

Quality you can check before it ships

Every order starts with a written specification and ends with evidence: lot photos, packing details, temperature settings and the export documents your market requires.

Our quality process

Four checkpoints on every order

  1. Agree the specification

Variety, size or count, grade tolerances, pack, label and pallet — in writing.

  2. Select the right lots

Fields and lots chosen for your market, use and transit time.

  3. Grade, pack and check

Sizing, defects, weight and labelling checked on the line and before palletising.

  4. Cool, load and document

Pre-cooling, set-point, loading photos and export documents per shipment.

What we check before loading

Checks follow the agreed specification for your programme, so the same standard applies to every container.

  • Size or count, colour and maturity
  • Defects and skin blemishes within tolerance
  • Net weight and units per carton
  • Label, barcode and carton print
  • Pallet build, corner boards and pallet labels
  • Pulp temperature before loading
Traceability

Every carton linked to its lot

We agree with each buyer how the lot code connects the carton, the documents and any test report.

01

Lot identification

Farm, packhouse, line and packing date traceable from the carton label.

02

Shipment records

Packing list, loading photos and container details kept per shipment.

03

Test reports on request

Residue and quality tests for the destination can be arranged per programme.

The right temperature for each product

There is no single temperature for a mixed catalogue. Citrus, grapes, sweet potatoes and frozen products each have their own set-point and humidity. We pre-cool after packing, store cold and load reefers at the set-point agreed for the product and the voyage.

  • Pre-cooling after harvest and packing
  • Refrigerated storage before loading
  • Set-point and ventilation per product
  • Temperature recorder on request
Documents

Export documents we provide

Destination-specific documents

Additional certificates or forms required by your importing country, confirmed at the start of the order.

Company certificates

Current certificates shared on request, with scope and validity for the product and site.

Product documentation

Technical spec sheets and, where arranged, test reports for the shipment lot.

FAQ

Quality questions

Can I get photos of my shipment before it leaves?

Yes. We share lot and packing photos and loading details for each shipment.

Can a third-party inspector check the load?

Yes. Buyer-appointed inspection before loading can be arranged; tell us when you place the order.

Do you provide residue (MRL) test reports?

Tests for the destination’s requirements can be arranged per programme. Tell us your market and retailer standard at the start.

How do you handle a quality claim?

Send photos, temperature data and the lot code. Because every carton is traceable, we can review the packing records and respond quickly.
