Large bulbs with strong flavour
Egyptian garlic is harvested from January to May and supplied fresh early in the season and dried later. Bulbs are firm, with strong flavour and good storage life when properly dried.
We grade by bulb diameter and pack in branded mesh bags, cartons or crates. Tell us whether you need fresh or dry garlic, the bulb size and the stem presentation.
